Hi Everyone,
I am a new user of HEC-RAS 2D. When I open RAS Mapper, I got the error as shown below. I uninstalled and reinstalled the HEC-RAS (5.0.3) but still got same error.

“This action cannot be completed because the other application is busy. Choose ‘Swith To’ to activate the busy application and correct the problem”

Anyone knows how to resolve this problem?
