Solved by changing decimal separator from “,” to “.”.

I tried via Gis tools, but it didn’t seem to have any effect.

EDIT:

I made it work. I tried reversing the reach itself, without any effect. But, in RAS-mapper I selected all of the cross-sections (imported from MIKE Hydro), and flipped them.

Now the model works well with steady flow.

“You need to reverse the stationing of your stream centerline. station 0 is supposed to be the start of the model.”
