Thanks for your reply Cameron, Unfortunately I am working on a business PC’s (all with HECRAS 5.0.1) that will not allow updates of any software until July each year (Crazy I know) (I only own a Mac myself). Thank you for the explanation, that makes some sense.

These files are on LocalData on the computer itself, I have tried may different computers with the same error.

Jarvus huge apologies for never replying, I am still having issues with various errors but as you say, multiple lateral structures can cause instability.
