Thanks for your response! The area i have to model is very big, with lots of sub-basin. I have to figure out a way to model this large area, by carefully divide it in hydraulic hec-ras models. If i make one model in each sub-basin, i will come up with 50 models probably… that i am not sure how can i merge them. I try to find one way to solve this problem without sacrificing quality in my results, and most important using correctly, the boundary conditions(hydrographs), i have from hydrological analysis.

although i cant see exactly, what is happening inside the culvert, its very useful that with the information of stage and flow hydrograph i can figure out, if it is an inlet or outlet culvert. Thanks a lot!

Hi, you can try this in RAS Mapper :

Right click on your DTM → generate New Ras Terrain → Resample to single Terrain.

Then again right click on your DTM → Open folder in file explorer
There you will find your new resampled terrain!

When i faced this kind of problem,i changed the vertical discretization in the HTab parameter tab. By increasing the points, you cover a bigger area. For me that change, made the error disappear!

No, I just use 2dflow areas. Do I have to use storage areas in the connection?
