    Hi guys,

    I would like to model a reach that acts like “reservoir”. Accodringly, my downstream boundary condition should have no outflow i.e., it should be like a “wall” boundary condition. I think that I have 2 different options:
    1º use and inlet structure with no oppening;
    2º use a RC with almost no outflow (I think 0 outflow is impossible for this one).

    What you guys would recomend?

    Thanks,

    John

    Suggest that you use a flow boundary condition that contains a flow value of zero for all times. That will result in ever- increasing WSEL’s upstream if there is no outlet.

    Thanks Michael.

    It should be the same for upstream boundary condition? The inflow and outflow are made from lateral structures.
