Upstream/downstream issue

There are two problems with my model. First, the bridge culvert seems to think upstream is actually downstream and downstream is actually upstream. I tried fixing this by going to GIS Tools > Reach Invert Line Table > Flip Coord Order, but this didn’t seem to affect my flow results or my bridge culvert.

The other issue I’ve been having is that in the furthest points upstream, the water elevation actually dips down. This makes no sense, and I’m worried it might be related to the upstream/downstream switching.

Any idea how to fix either of these issues?

Nevermind, I seemed to have fixed both issues. I had to reverse my alignment on AutoCAD (such that the alignment was going upstream) before exporting the geometry to HEC RAS.
