when ever i run unsteady flow analysis i always get stuck in it and my simulation gives this error!
SOLUTION SOLVER FAILED! Unstable for initial iteration at 12NOV2012 12:00

Can any one help me out!

do your Initial Conditions (i.e. flows) match the conditions at the first timestep?
Are your Initial Flow Conditions self consistent?
