Unsteady Flow Analysis

Hello everyone,

I am very new to Hec Ras. I am currently doing a course on the software. I have done all my geometry, plan and unsteady flow. However, when I try to perform the unsteady flow analysis and click ‘compute’ the software open the “computations” window but it does not display.

Can you guess what I am doing wrong?

Did you check the programs to run boxes?

Hi Frank , i am new too but from the computation options screen i can see that end time is set to 00:00 while it should be a cumulative number of hours like : 4800 or 2400 , 7300 etc …….
If you go to the boundary conditions screen –> hydrograph –> scroll down till the end , get that time.
