Tools For Hec-Ras??

So i am new to Hec-Ras and have been trying too search for some tools, and want to know if there is any?

ex.
-Tools for snapping 2D areas to the bank lines of the 1D river i have made.
-Tools for copying and offsetting the river center line, to speed up the process of making the bank lines.
-Maybe their is some hotkeys, that are nice to know about.
-Or other tools that makes the small long tasks a little bit easier/faster?

I did not find any other post about this, but if i missed one i would love to know.

no there is not.

There are multiple work flows using CAD softwares and even by holding down control and clicking to draw a line, this gives you the option to plot the profiel and copy the elevation data AND the XY coordinates for georeferencing.
