Hi, I am developing a 1D model for my project work using 12.5m DEM resolution. Meanwhile, the DEM I am using contains a lot of trees. As a result, my crosssection has very high spikes at trees’ locations and I am afraid it will affect my simulation result. Would you suggest to me how I can remove these trees from my DEM?
    Kindly,

Since its a 1D model you can try cross section point filtering in the tools and set rules based on slope. Hopefully this will help if the trees are high in slope.
