Superelevated Bridge Deck Input

The bridge deck I’m trying to model is super elevated, so the cross section is skewed (see attached picture). Inputting the low chord is not a problem. however, for the high chord, should it be the Edge of pavement (EOP) or the edge of the bridge at the US and DS sides (which are lower than the EOP elevations)? I’m leaning towards the most conservative elevation which would be the edge of the bridge deck and not the higher EOP. Also, page 6-36 states that the high and low chords are the elevation at the DS and US sides of the bridge and not the traveled way (IE – Edge of pavement).
