SIPHON

Hello,

I have to model a siphon which goes above the embankment. As shown in the picture, i have breached the embankment, but in the place of the breach should be the SIPHON. Can HEC-RAS perform such a function, or do I have to calculate this manually?

I have tried to use regular culvert, but HEC-RAS will not allow me to put the correct length of the culvert due to the exceeded maximal dinstance (culvert length + distance from XS). Do you have eny experience with this problem?

(I have searched this forum and only found topics on the INVERTED siphons, which used the function LID, or to the pond spihons to which was the reply to check out the wormhole culverts.)
