Shift in Terrain Data

Friends,

A RASMapper question:
– my project projection is set and correct
– my shp files come up in the correct location
– RASMapper online imagery comes up in the correct place

BUT when I load my terrain it is shifted 254m northwards? the original file (tif or DEM format) comes up in the correct location in GIS . Looking at the vrt and projection files in a editor, the projection data appears to be the same? The shift appears to occur when HECRAS imports and terrain data?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Problem solved here with square pixel instead of rectangular.
