I have a question regarding the reservoir.
Is there any way that HEC-RAS can show me the area curve and volume curve for reservoir?
I defined it by calculating area and top width of cross sections from autoCAD..for different elevations…and then calculating the area and volume for them.
It is extremely slow process and i was wondering if HEC Ras has some option where i can speed things up.
I believe you can input an elevation-area table into RAS. If you are looking for a graphic for this I know it can be done in HEC-HMS to define a reservoir.
