Hi everyone, i want to model a regulator in 2D HEC-RAS.
Firstly i created my 2D flow area inside of which i put SA/2D area connector.
Then i used weir and gates option to model the structure, filled deck, gates characteristics and give flow condition based on constant water surface elevation for the upstream of the structure.
But i need to add the intake structure to my model as well that is used to take the constant discharge and convey it to the hydroelectric power plant.
Intake structure has also some gates, so i have 2 gate groups. However i am not allowed to have different flow conditions for gate groups.
How can i handle constant discharge release by the system?
Is there anyone experienced enough to help me? Any help would be appreciated.
