Reach not fully drawn and schematic shift

2 easy questions please.
1- ACAD C3D export to HEC-RAS, sections all correct but the reach is only partially drawn. It doesn’t appear it affects the model. Is the geometry data schematic purely for visual? The sections all look fine and at the correct stationing.
2 – following computing a plan, the top most section shifts in the Geometric Data window. Again it doesn’t appear to affect the model, just visually. Should I be concerned?

add on: in RAS Mapper the inundation boundary and flow info only appears between two sections that the short reach fully encompasses.

Well I fixed it, but not sure how it happened. The short reach created from the import doubled back on itself once or twice. I decided to move points, grabbed the node at the end to move and it created a polygon shape. I grabbed the node at the other end and it separated. There were other nodes. I put the reach in its proper place and voila, the inundation boundary appeared correctly along the entire reach.
