Problems with import Geometric Data GIS Format

Hello everybody, i’m working with ArcMap and HEC-GeoRAS on a floodplain map

First of all, i’ve started my work on ArcMap 10.2.2 and
I created all the basic layers like, stream centerline, bank lines, flowpaths, cross section, river3D, xscutline3D. The DEM i used to this modeling is a TIN, created with 1 meter level curves. All of these occurred well even the Export Ras Data. The pic bellow shows the project i’m working through.

After finish the ArcMap job, i created a new project on Hec Ras 5.0.1 and tried to import the Geometric Data as GIS Format but something wrong happended, as the pic below. The lines are all confused and strange.

Please, if anyone knows what to do in these situation i’ll appreciate. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!

Are you using commas as decimals?

I did all the ArcMap job again and certified that i didn’t use any commas and the error persisted, also i reclassify the Tin elevation with no break values… i don’t know what can i do because, i just followed the floodmap tutorials i found on YouTube and did nothing different. If you have other suggestion, please, write here, it certainly will help me.

Yes Mrs. Victor, I changed my computer system languange to English (USA).
So when you create your TIN (Triangular Irregular Network) it will have
points instead of commas as decimals and u’ll be able to work on HEC-RAS.
