Problems with data export to ARC GIS

hi,
i am doing flood plain mapping with 1D modelling in hec-ras. Model is running prefectly fine. When data is exported to Arc Map for post processing through HEc-GeoRas, the values of depth shown on maps are not correct and quite strange from what was observed in Hec Ras profiles. Even there are some places where in Arc Gis map there is no water at all but profiles in hec ras show some depth there. Pl help me

What does the results show in Mapper? Why not export out the depths or water surface from Mapper? Then there is no need to use HEC-GeoRAS.
