Problem with adding terrain

Hi all, I am having a strange problem. I am adding *tif file as terrain after adding projection file. But it is turning green with a huge amount of surface values as it is seen below in layer properties. Also, min, max, mean and standard deviation values are difference between *tif and *vrt. What should I do to solve this? Thanks in advance.

HEC-RAS forgot the dot in your number.
Maybe a problem of regional setting with dot and comma.

On my version, I have dot in my numbers, you have coma
