With version 6.2 I get an error if I use the OutputDSS_GetStageFlow function (actually I have never used it with 6.X versions).
I think the problem is related to the new version of the DSS, has anyone had the same problem as me?

I have this problem with OutputDSS_GetStageFlowSA in all 6.X versions. Did you ever figure this out? It is returning a value of 0 for nvalue (the # of hydrographs). however, I have confirmed that the hydraphs do exist. I have also tried this with several different models and have the same issue for all models. I agree that there is a problem related the new DSS version.
I sent a mail with the problem to RAS support, this is their reply at the beginning of September:
“Thank you for the dataset. I was able to build your solution and replicate the issue in both 6.2 and 6.3. At the moment I cannot determine the source of the issue, but we will look into further.”
