I was testing a scenario with a dam principal spillway scenario with a gate and culvert and it wasn’t given me a reasonable result. I decided to delete those and model the spillway with an Outlet Curve. I deleted the gate and culvert from the model, delete the boundary conditions associated with the gate and I believe all the settings associated with both. All seemed to be ok until I ran the model again. For some reason the Detailed Output Table is still showing a gate and culvert present. Odd. So I deleted the inline structure completely from the geometric file and recreated the inline structure. Re-ran the model. Detailed Output Table still shows flow through the gate and culvert. Weird. Next step I took another geometric file in the model that I know for a fact does not have the gate and culvert in them, overwrote the geometric file in question. Re-ran the model. Detailed Output table still show flow through the gate and culvert. WT… I’m out of places to track down the gate and culvert. Is there a setting in the Plan or Unsteady Flow Data that would retain the parameters for the gate and weir?

Thanks in advance for your help,
    Mike

The only thing I can think of, and I hope you don’t mind me pointing it out, when you run your model do you have it checked to also run the post processor ?

That solved the problem. I was avoiding the post processor just to speed up the testing iterations.

    Thank you much.
