Output Table NOT showing Latest Plan - Kleinschmidt

I am running unsteady RAS on version 4.1.0. The program is running and the profile view is showing me the results of the plan I want. However, the output tables are still showing me “old” results from a different plan that no longer exists.

Any suggestions as to what I can do to fix this??? I already tried making a copy of the model and running it in version 5.0.7 but I still had the same error.
