Is it possible to perform a non-Newtonian unsteady 2D simulation in HEC-RAS where you have two streams with different sediment concentrations by volume in the model. I’d like to model the effects of a 2D tailings dam runout mud flood (20% < Cv < 45%) the enters an essentially clear water (Cv = 0%) river. I don’t see how one can assign different Cv values to different inflow boundary conditions. Is the model set that you can simulate only when type of fluid (based on Cv) at a time?
