When I draw profile lines in RasMapper then select plot time series > flow I am getting very spiky hydrographs with negative values along with some hydrographs that are just completely negative. Has anyone run into this or know why it might be happening? I was thinking it could potentially be due to high velocities and steep terrain but that would not explain hydrographs that are completely negative. Any suggestions or ideas would be very helpful!
