    Hi there,

    I am receiving the errors
    “AmiteRiver Abv_ComiteR 552649.4
forrtl: severe (157): Program Exception – access violation
THIS IS USUALLY CAUSED BY BAD STATION/ELEVATION DATA
IF THIS NODE HAS A WEIR (BRIDGE etc.) CHECK THE ROAD DECK DATA CAREFULLY
    –PROGRAM ABORTED–

THIS IS USUALLY CAUSED BY BAD STATION/ELEVATION DATA
IF THIS NODE HAS A WEIR (BRIDGE etc.) CHECK THE ROAD DECK DATA CAREFULLY
    –PROGRAM ABORTED–”
    and then
“Error with program: RasSteady64.exe Exit Code = 157”

I checked the bridge data and everything seems to be in order. What I find curious is that I have run this bridge data before and have not gotten these errors causing the run to stop. I have updated the river centerlines and banklines to different conditions and I wonder if this could have an impact? I did not change the bridge or bounding cross sections at all, however, the channel invert elevations along the channel did change and are not as smooth as the previous conditions. Could changing the other cross sections impact the bridge? I did update the htab parameters before running. I also tried computing the property table in RAS mapper before running, but this did not solve the problem.

Something else that confused me was that the errors were citing station points that don’t appear to be points in my bridge data cross section. Is that normal?

Thanks in advance for any guidance!

I don’t know what caused it. But as far as the stations go, is your data set metric? If so, those reported stations might incorrectly be in feet.
