After adding a sluice/radial gate to a dam in a 2D area, I wanted to access the “Navigation Dams” button to include some rules for the gate control. This button can be “seen” (from main interface) under Edit -> Unsteady Flow Data – > Boundary Conditions tab. There are three buttons in this tab for different types of gate controls: “T.S. Gate Openings”, “Elev Controlled Gates”, and Navigation Dams”, but only the first two are activated, and the last one is grayed out.
When in the 1D environment, all three tabs are activated. Have tried both RAS 5 and 6 with the same issue.
The RAS example (Bald Eagle Creek), which includes the example with “T.S. Gate Openings”, also shows the “Navigation Dams” button greyed out.
Is there any way to gain access to the “Navigation Dams” button. Or this button is only available to 1D model.
