I am working on a rather complex unsteady 1-D model with approximately 75 lateral inflow hydrographs. I am able to read from DSS before simulation as long as the simulation time is less than one day.
The hydrographs I am trying to read are a day and half long and since “Day” is a path name, I end up with two DSS files for one hydrograph i.e. 0+00/100YR FLOW//01JAN2018/1MIN// AND 0+00/100YR FLOW//02JAN2018/1MIN//.
When assigning the DSS paths to the unsteady flow editor I can only select one of the hydrograph files which means I would have to find a work around like having two lateral inflows at each outfall, one for the first day and one for the second. This is obviously not efficient and cumbersome when having so many outfalls.
Has anyone ran into this problem before and have any suggestions or guidance?
