Modeling Countersunk Culverts

How would you model a culvert that is countersunk a foot below stream bed elevation? Is that where the “Depth Blocked” entry on the Culvert Data Editor comes in? Or is it still considered hydraulically identical to if it wasn’t countersunk?

Yes. Use the Depth Blocked entry. You can also have a different n value for the bed sediment in the culvert.
