Model was Unstable When remove the one reach at Junction

Dear friends,

I need your kind help to resolve this issues.I am struggling with this issues along two days.

My following model was run and computation results message found as below. I added two boundary conditions and initial conditions for both reaches.

Then I required to run the model for low flows and so I deleted left side reach as very low flow and added upstream boundary conditions and initial condition to the model.after that following model was unstable.Then i added high flow for that single reach again. But model was unstable.

I would be very much great full for your solutions and suggestions to avoid this problems
