I am trying to define an island that overtops at higher flows. I need to see the performance of the water at regular flows in the separate channels and then evaluate the performance as the water inundates the island. I have created a lateral structure but continue to get an error that says: -Lateral Structure data specifies a weir line plus upstream distance that equals or exceeds the length of the reach. I believe that I am somehow mapping these lengths wrong (the automatic answer didn’t work either). Any ideas or can anyone explain the methodology for making sure that these are consistent?
