When I open the Cross Section Editor for a 1D model, the Manning’s n Values LOB, Channel, ROB cells are prepopulated with N/A and I can’t type in Manning’s n values. I am wondering if anyone know what causes this issue and how to solve. I am using HEC-RAS 6.0. Thank you!
By default, RAS 6.0 geometries created in RAS Mapper are by default set to Horizontal Variations in Manning’s n. To allow the modeler to enter a manning’s n value, the user must be in the cross section editor and select “options” and turn off horizontal variations in Manning’s n for each cross section.
