Manning Value Table not appeared (Not Responding error)

Dear Friends,

I have new problem in HEC RAS window.When I try to open the Manning values table, it not appeared and not responding error occurred. This was happened from today.

I reinstalled the HEC RAS and tried again.but same window appeared.So I am unable to get the manning value edit window.

Please help me to resolve this problem.
