Manning n values

HI, i am trying to extract manning n values from the landuse shapefile in arcmap, it gives me the message that n values are extracted succesfully but the manning table is empty. what’s the problem? 🙁

You have to enter them in the bottom right

i entered them in land use table but after extracting manning n for cut lines it gives empty table without values for each cut line.
