Issue in water surface profile of river

Hi Chris, I am modeling a river there’s the problem with river bed and water surface profile.the water surface profile of my desired river bed computed below the river bed and slope of river bed is given as boundary condition.
So can please help me how can I reduced this issue to achieve correct water surface profile?

The profile is based on the invert of the cross-sections which picks the lowest value between your bank stations. It appears that your bank stations may not be set correctly.
