Hello all, I am trying to run a complex HEC-RAS model that was originally created in 5.0.1 in 5.0.3 (I need to use the most up-to-date version for a client) and I am running into issues with the lateral structures when trying to run the model.

Whenever I try to compute in 5.0.3, I receive error messages with both Lateral Structures stating “The river station does not agree with the geospatial centerline data.” I should note that the model runs perfectly in 5.0.1 with no errors.

Both LS’s were created using GIS and GeoRAS and I’ve tried re-importing them from GeoRAS several times to 5.0.3 but to no avail. I understand that there were some bug fixes from 5.0.1 in regards to lateral structures but I couldn’t find any info related to my issues. Any insight is greatly appreciated.

Have not seen this error before, but does this have anything to do with the station name of the lateral structure? Or maybe the stationing of the weir does not match the GIS line for the lateral structure?

I ended up having to delete and re-add the lateral structure. Looks like it might be an issue with the HW connections being calculated. It appears to not update when you shift the HW distance to US cross-section.
