I have 15 Storage Area in shapefile.
Now I want import all files in HEC-RAS and covert it in one to one Storage Area.
It’s possible in Geometric Data Editor?
    Thanks

Yes w a small work around. Import the shapefiles into AutoCAD Civil 3D and when they are in there use the command “List” which will give you the entire XY coordinates for the shape.

In HEC-RAS draw a random shape for a storage area within the geometry data editor. The click “GIS Tools” > “Storage Area/2D FLow Area Outlines Table” and over ride the XY data of the random shape you just drew with the XY data from the CAD list.

Or just add the shapefile in ras mapper as a background layer and trace them in geometry data editor.

A simpler work around if you have the areas as shapefiles is to select GIS tools in the geometry editor, then land cover region table. Once that is open select import lines and select your file. From there you can select the xy coordinates and then just draw a random storage area and paste the coordinates in to georeference the area and then delete the regions after you’ve copied the xy points.
