Hydrograph output interval less than 1MIN

Hello HEC-RAS blog users,

Is it possible to specify DSS or hydrograph output intervals to less than 1MIN (e.g., Hydrograph Output Interval = Computation Interval)? When looking at inline structure outflow results for short dam breach formation times the 1MIN hydrographs start to truncate outflow (reporting issue only, volume conserved otherwise). I understand that RAS Mapper can be used to estimate the outflow hydrographs but it would be preferable to view inline structure results directly on a sub-minute level.

Any thoughts, ideas, or experience would be greatly appreciated.

You can set it so it writes using the computation interval and what time you would like it to. the entire run or specific time frame. It is in the output options in the plan menu.

Thanks for your response Cameron. I should have clarified before but my inline structure is actually a SA/2D Area Connector. I enabled the computation level output flag but nothing was written to the *.hyd file since there are only storage-areas and 2D flow areas present in the model (my assumption). If the computation level output file should also be able to handle SA/2D Area Connector results, please let me know.
