Hello, i’m trying to develop a simulation focusing in a steep stream.
As is described in User’s Manual, the bed slope has limitations up to 10%.
So, in my situation i have slopes up to 20-30%, then i used sequential inline structures for representing this stretch. But i can’t make it work.

When i run Unsteady flow, or Steady flow analysis, it seems to represent the flow everywhere else but in the stretch with high slopes.

    My questions are:
How is the correct way to represent the steep slopes with inline structures (i mean the inline table: weir distance, weir width, and the elevations settings).
By all means i can make this situation work in Hec Ras?

Please, i would thank so much for any help to solve this situation.

You probably want to model that reach with mod puls. For quick reference Chris has a write up on it.
