Why am I facing such error message while importing hecgeoras output into hecras geometry toolbar???

Importing hec ras data/results via georas is now a thing of the past. Use the latest version of RAS and do it all within RAS Mapper. You can right click any layer and export it as a shapefile directly into GIS
