HEC RAS Encapsulation in single Interface

Any one can help me out !!!
Can i integrate HEC RAS and ArcGIS with a single interface ? where I just put the water discharge values(for Steady flow=simple Case) and the system would be smart enough to calculate final Inundation/flooding map as an output in only one go ?
If it is possible then how can we do that ?
Actually I want to make an SDSS, and want to encapsulate all the processes(of calculating flooding or inundation map etc in HEC RAS) in a single application with the help of single interface. Thanking You People in anticipation!!!

No, I don’t believe that has been done. CAN it be done? Perhaps. How much programming skill and time do you have? =)

I dont have enough time but only one month to complete it and my Programming skills are not so excellent but i have some python skills so far and i hope i shall carry it out if i get some help and source code from someone for steady flow analysis of HEC RAS etc.
