    Suddenly, when I start HEC-RAS 2D from the start menu or directly through the exe file, my computer goes through the installation process for Civil 3d 2015. Has anyone seen this happen?

    Mine does the same and I haven’t found a fix yet.

    I’m not certain but believe it started after I had raster design added
