Hec ras 2d area results was negitive

Hai i am using hec ras for flood forcasting i have run 2d model for my catchment when i am trying to plot the time series data the graph was in negitive please any one help me to rid of this problem.
I am using precipitation data to entail catchment only.

You have drawn the profile line from right to left in the direction of flow. you need to draw the profile line from left to right looking downstream.
