HEC-2 to HEC-RAS

I obtained a .pdf image from FEMA of a HEC-2 model. I was able to convert the pdf to a text pdf using OCR pages. Does anyone know how to import this into HEC-RAS?

Converting a HEC-2 model to RAS can be a little bit of work, but you can usually at least import the geometry data.

From the Geometric editor, go to File > Import Geometry data.

What is the proper format for importing a .txt file?

The .txt file is in a HEC-2 format? Does the import geometry not let you select it? If it doesn’t, I guess you could try changing the extension to .dat and see if that makes a difference.
