HDF ERROR BRIDGE SCOUR CALCULATIONS

Hello to everyone.

I am a fairly new user to the scour calculations tools. Right now, I’m having a HDF Error every time that I run a steady flow plan with the Flow Distribution Locations enabled (needed to compute the scour on the bridge). I’ve run the same Steady Flow File, the same Geometry file, without these flow distributions and there is no problem.

I’ve tried to reduce the length of my reach, hoping that the HDF file generated were also smaller, but it didn’t help.

This is the error message that I’ve been getting.

I’ve read that some fellows have resolved the issue by downloading the HDF software and tools, but to be honest, I’m not sure how to apply these solutions.
