geometry error 5.0.4

hello everybody

why on earth i am having this error

RASGeomPreprocess.exe’ not found

just installed ras 5.0.4. Made a dummy model in order to test some features but neither unsteady simulation is working nor steady. Could anyone help me plz what is the issue? There is no problem with the model i made. Its the most simplest rectangular channel reach with no structure at all.

was the software installed correctly? do you have the exe on your machine?

Yes. I am pretty sure that there was no issue with the installation. I downloaded the exe file(with out ezamples) and installed it. But i dont know why this occurwd. Ill try with the 700 mb setup file that has the examples.

Same problem with me.
In my case, “RasSteady.exe not found” message was also came up when I tried steady flow example.
Is 5.0.4 only support x64? I don’t know.. I use win7 32bit system.

yep, It was the matter of 32-bit.
64-bit is work.
