Generate levees automatically

Is it possible to draw a line (in geometric data or Ras Mapper window) to generate a levee at each intersection with cross sections?

Is there another way to generate levees automatically?

Take a look of “RAS Lateral Structures” (free download) in

Unfortuanately the elevation is taken from Cross Sections (different options) not from DTM
