I model various rivers in Wisconsin. I need HEC-2 or HECRAS data input files used in the effective FEMA FIS. Not all rivers in the Wisconsin DNR Surface Water Data Viewer have input files. It is very frustrating since there has to be a data file to develop the FIS, but nobody seems to know where to obtain the files (including DNR).
I guess data can be obtained from FEMA but it costs a zillion dollars and takes a zillion years!! Help anyone!!
