Errors: Cross Sections and Boundary Conditions

Hello,

HEC-RAS noob here. Just trying to simulate a wall about 7 feet tall using a river reach and cross sections. One cross section is pulling from my US boundary condition. Possible to override?

Other issue is the first and last two points error- no tips I could find online.
