    Hello
I have a problem running the calculations. I have prepared a model that works in version 4.1.0.
The same model loaded in version 5.0.3 of the RAS prepared Mapper area does not work. Error pops up as below

In Geometries RAS Mapper – XS
    pops up the error:
“Error reading features from file: ‘C: \ Documents adn Settings …. \ name.g .hdf’ group: ‘Geometry / Cross Sections’ H5O.getInfoByName: Object ID: 1000000 failed to return object information with status -1 .
    What could be wrong?

    Hello,
I solved the problem. The HEC RAS order is important work. To firstly need to create geometry in the Geometric Data. Later in Ras Mapper creating access area.
    Best regards.

I’m getting this same message as Wojciech when trying to start unsteady modeling computations. The same model yesterday worked just fine. I tried closing and restarting the model but that didn’t fix the problem. Unlike Wojciech, I haven’t done anything in Ras Mapper.

OK, I figured out my own problem. Apparently I reached the memory limit of our server. I was not able to save additional files to the network. After deleting several large *.bco files I was able to run the model

I received the same message. Can you describe how you made this error go away?

I’m getting the same error after modifying a geometry file and trying to run a steady flow analysis. Any ideas? What’s strange to me is that if I import the same geometry file and call it something else, the model runs just fine.

    Thanks for your help!
