    Please try changing your Windows international settings to English (United States) when running RAS. That may solve this problem.

    Hi Chris

    It is interesting, I replaced the comma with the point in windows settings and computation went in the past.
    On the basis of your advice I changed full windows settings and Hec-RAS (Dam break) work good.
